Bodies of Water: Moving from our Fluids

We are bodies largely made of water, are we not? So much of us is fluid, even our bones are 20%-25% water by weight. Our fat, our blood, our tears, they are all fluids; all the waters of the world, including our bodies, are part of the same waters that were and will be on earth. This day-long workshop is where we get to dance with poetry. I  will be blending anatomical knowledge of fluids in the body with metaphor and dance. This workshop will be based largely in dance improvisation with oneself as well as with the group. My hope is that, at the end of this workshop, you will leave feeling the ever changing waters within you as a rippling reflection of the world at large. That you feel filled with beingness and reverence towards the immense complexity of your forms and that of the world around you.
