Contact Improv: Connect through Touch

Touch is one of the keystones of connection in human and what better way to explore touch than through movement and dance. This workshop will be an introduction to a form called contact improvisation, a touch based improvisational dance form that explores elements of physics in motion. Together, we will learn how to connect and converse through touch. Participants will leave this workshop with a new toolkit to take into connecting with other humans both on the dance floor and in life.
